The property is on a school bus road so it is always cleared and sanded in the winter and the cost for clearing the long driveway is $400. The annual municipal and school taxes are $1,500.00. The zonage for Tamaracouta Road is commercial/residential and because the property is over 10 acres - it is classified as a farm; therefore - no restrictions to the number of buildings and animals you may desire. This piece of land used to be a farm and still has the original stone fences. There are very few truly lakefront properties with so much acreage left in this area so this property is a rarity.
