Brokerage Agreement
This brokerage agreement is between 4186753 Canada Inc./ Customtec Fire Apparatus and the authorized seller of the vehicle.
Customtec Fire Apparatus will advertise the vehicle, in a full page color advertisement on our bilingual website, for a period of six

months. The authorized seller of the vehicle has the authority to alter the advertising, at any time, at no extra expense. A commission of five percent (5%) of the sale price will be paid to 4186753 Canada Inc/CustomTec Fire Apparatus within 30 days of the conveyance of title of ownership.
If a sale is not completed during the six months

the commission still applies if the buyer learned of the truck sale though our advertising.
